After logging into the charity area on the JGive website, navigate to the 'Analytics' tab. Filter the report according to your specific requirements and click on the arrow button located above the data table on the right side in order to generate a report.
In the Excel, you can locate the details in column D under Target Name. By filtering and sorting this column, you can easily identify and track donations, determining the corresponding campaign to which they belong. For example:
Please note that if there was a period during which you deducted from 'Keren Asor', see column R on Excel "Payment Method Redirected"- marked as "Yes", This indicates that a deduction was made from us, and you should expect to receive the funds from us.
What is marked as "No" signifies that the deduction was processed through your payment gateway, and you should expect to receive the funds from the payment processing company, Payme/Mesulam.
