How can I edit the charity details?

In short - some of the changes can be made independently, and some with the help of our support.
Don't forget to save at the end of the update by clicking the save or confirmation button at the bottom of the page!


To edit the charity details, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the charity area by clicking on "My Account" and selecting your charity's name on the right side of the page.

2. Once in the charity area, locate and click on the "Edit Charity Page" tab, which is positioned on the right side of the page.

These steps will allow you to access and modify the details of your charity.

3. Clicking on this tab will redirect you to the old chairty area, resembling the following

*Please note that editing in the old charity area is a temporary measure. We are actively working on a new area and anticipate its launch soon.

Now, you'll find several tabs where you can make changes to the charity details


Editing the Charity Page:

On this page, you can:

  1. Edit the text that appears in the "About the Charity" tab on the charity page.
  2. Write a thank-you message that will be sent to donors when making a donation along with the receipt.
  3. Attach photos/videos that will appear on the charities page.

The Details of the Charity:

On this page, you can:

  1. Find the link to your charity page.
  2. Change the name of the charity displayed on the website.
  3. Update the email address displayed on the website.
  4. Modify the website address displayed on the website.
  5. Edit the phone number displayed on the website.
  6. Change the year of establishment.
  7. Update the charity address.
  8. Modify contact information (email address for updates)

Activities:

On this page, you can change:

1. The areas of activity of the charity (subcategory).
2. The location of the charity's activity.
3. The target population.


The Team:

*Please note that This area is not working properly. To make team changes, please send the relevant details to our support address support@jgive.com, and we will update them for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

On this page, you can update:

  1. The number of employees and volunteers.
  2. The names and roles of the team that appear in the "Team" tab on the charities page.
    Please note that you can upload details of staff members in three categories: CEO, management, and committee members. These categories can be expanded by clicking on the dedicated line for adding staff members.

Bank Account:

On this page, you can view your bank account details and signature authorization for your financial affairs. Changes to this information can be made through us in the following ways:

  1. Changes to Bank Account Details:

    • Fill out this online form. We will process the changes with the clearing company and send you a confirmation email once the update is completed.

Filling out the form is part of the process and does not indicate an immediate update in the system! wait for our confirmation email when the details are updated

  1. Changes in Signing Authority for Clearing Matters:

    • Contact the clearing company PayMe at support@payme.io with the relevant signing authority details:
      • Name and last name
      • ID number
      • Date of birth
      • Date of issuance of identity cards
      • Address
      • Telephone
      • Email address for sending updates on credit clearing
      • Photocopy of an identity card (both sides for biometric ID cards)
      • An up-to-date protocol of authorized signatories with names, ID numbers, and signatures of an attorney or CPA.

Additionally, write our support in the email you send to the clearing company PayMe so that we can follow up on the issue.

Important Note about changes in Signing Authority
If you clear through the clearing company Grow (Meshulam), you must contact Meshulam via email (tiful@grow.business) for precise instructions.
