In short - after making a donation, receipts are sent to your email, and you can also download them from your account.
Via Email:
- If the donation was made in shekels (ILS) or US dollars (USD), the receipt is automatically sent to your email within a few minutes of the donation. If it's not in your inbox, please check your junk mail (spam) or sales promotion box. Note that there is no attached file; you must click on the link provided in the email to access the receipt.
- For donations in Canadian dollars (CAD), the receipt will be emailed by the end of the quarter. These receipts are issued and signed by Mizrahi-Canada, and hence, they may reach donors a few days later.
Download in Personal Area:
- You can independently download the receipt from your account by clicking the receipt icon on the right side of the donation row.
Receipts are available in the 'Donations' tab and the 'Fund Deposits' tab.
