How can I open a donor account associated with my workplace?

If you have already created a donor account on JGive using your personal email and wish to link it to your workplace account, please refer to the instructions provided in this guide.


If not, follow these instructions:

First, your employer will need to send you a designated link for you to join.

The registration page will appear as follows:



Next, please fill in the required information. Ensure that your ID number is accurate and valid.

Upon clicking "Register," you will receive a verification email at your work email address. It is essential to confirm this email.

Once you have confirmed your account, proceed to log in to the 'Donor' section using the email address and password you provided during registration.




Once your account is approved by your employer, you will be able to make donations through the JGive website. All donation details will be seamlessly transferred to your workplace, streamlining the process for tax claims.
