We would like to change the bank account details to which donations are currently being sent. How can we do this?

To update the bank account details for donations on the JGive platform, kindly contact our technical support department via email at support@jgive.com. Please specify your charity's name and number and express your interest in updating the bank account details. Our support team will then send you an online document to facilitate the process according to the required procedures.

Additionally, we will initiate communication with the clearing company Payme/Meshulam to request the necessary changes in bank account details. We will write to you as well.
