How to register as a Nonprofit on the platform?

Before proceeding with the registration steps, please prepare the following materials in advance to optimize the process:

Documents:

  • Protocol of authorized signatories, including their names and ID numbers, signed by an attorney or CPA
  • Copy of a canceled check or confirmation of bank account management

Details:

  • Bank account details
  • Details of a contact person who will receive donation updates by email 
  • Email addresses of two authorized signatories
  • Nonprofit’s logo (up to 150×150 pixels)

The registration process consists of three stages:

  1. Account creation
  2. Filling in the nonprofit's details
  3. Signatur of authorized signatories and system approval

 

Stage 1 - Account creation

At this stage, we will sign up to create an account.

Enter the charity registration page.
Enter the charity number in the 'Charity Organization' field, and the corresponding charity name will appear automatically. Click on it to select it for this field.

* If the charity does not appear after entering the number, please contact support@jgive.com and provide the charity's number

Enter the charity's email address, set a password, and click on 'Get Started'.

After completing the initial registration, a green message will appear indicating that the confirmation email has been sent.

To verify your account, enter the email you received and click the "Confirm my account" button.

An account for the charity has been created, and you can access it through the login page using the password you set.

Please note that after logging in, click on 'My Account' in the top menu, followed by the charity's name to access the charity's account.

 

Stage 2 - Filling in the nonprofit's details

After logging into the charity's account, you will reach the page of the registration process, which includes filling in the association's details.

There are three stages. To fill in the details for each step, click on the > sign on the right.

Add bank details

At this stage, please provide the charity's bank account details and upload the following documents:

  • Bank account management certificate or a photo of a canceled check
  • Authorized signatories protocol document
  • Image of the charity's logo

Add contact person

Enter the charity's contact person's information: name, email address, phone, and position.

Add authorized signatories

Enter the email addresses of the two authorized signatories, then click 'Send' for each address.
Finally, click 'Finish.'

The first two steps are complete, and the third step regarding authorized signatories is awaiting signature.

 

stage 3 - Signatur of authorized signatories and system approval

At this point, each of the authorized signatories has received an email containing a link to a form. They must complete this form by entering their details, uploading a photocopy of their ID, signing it, and sending it.

Once the two authorized signatories complete and submit the form, the charity will proceed to our system for approval.

Once we review the details and confirm, you will be sent an email notifying you that the charity has been approved in the system.
