The registration process is straightforward and can be completed independently. To begin, please gather the following materials in advance:
Documents:
- Nonprofit Certificate of Registration
- Protocol of authorized signatories, including their names and ID numbers, signed by an attorney or CPA
- Valid Certificate of Proper Management
- Valid Article 46 tax-exempt status
- Copy of a canceled check or confirmation of bank account management
- Financial statements (at least one year old)
Details:
- The nonprofit’s general information for donors (address, phone, email, etc.)
- Details of a contact person who will receive donation updates by email
- Text describing the nonprofit’s general activities
- Details of one of the authorized signatories (name, ID number, date of birth, ID issue date, address, phone number, email address)
- Nonprofit’s logo (up to 150×150 pixels)
- After obtaining the necessary documents and details, please go to the JGive website and click on 'login' located at the top right.
2. Please note: The default tab is 'DONOR'. Please click on the 'CHARITY' tab.
3. Within the Charity tab, click on the 'Create an account' link at the bottom.
4. You are about to take the first step to register a new nonprofit on JGive. You will need to provide the nonprofit’s number and email address and set a password. Then click on “Get Started”.
5. If the nonprofit has not yet started the registration process and the email address does not exist in our system, you will receive a message to verify the user account by email.
Please note: The email may take a few minutes to arrive, and it might be directed to the spam/promotions folder. Your patience is appreciated.

6. Once you click on "Verify and activate the account," you will be directed to the home page. You will then receive a notification confirming that the account has been verified and prompting you to log in to complete the registration process.
Please note: to complete the registration process, you will need to log in with the details you entered when you created the account. Click on “Login” → “CHARITY” tab → (enter nonprofit number and password) → “Log in”.
7. After logging in, to access the nonprofit area, click on “My Account” → “your nonprofit’s name” located at the top left corner.
8. Click “Registration process” in the sidebar on the left side of the page.
9. In the final stage of the independent registration process, you will need to provide all the details of the nonprofit organization and submit the signup information to us for approval.

- The nonprofit's details
- The nonprofit's activities
- The nonprofit's staff
- The nonprofit's bank account details
- Uploading certificates and financial reports
Please note! You'll need to save everything before moving on to the next tab.
Just before completing the registration process, ensure that your authorized signatories have read and agreed to the website's terms of use.
Click on 'Finish'.
All the details will be sent to us for approval. The charity will receive an email at the address you provided during registration. The email will contain a link to an online form to fill out. This will enable you to receive funds through Keren Asur (JGive), such as dollar donations, bank transfers/checks, and platinum donations.
Pay attention: If you have not received the email, please contact our support at support@jgive.com so that they can send you the online link to fill out the form.
**Without this form submission, we will not be able to approve the charity! **
If all the details entered in the online form, the registration procedure, and the uploaded forms are correct, we will approve the charity, and you can begin collecting donations through the JGive platform!
