The GROW clearing company (Meshulam) charges a transaction fee only for transactions that have actually been carried out, without any fixed monthly payment.
The clearing fee is determined according to the monthly clearing cycle, as detailed in the table.

Joining process for charities that are not registered in GROW (Meshulam):
- Submission of initial details through an online form.
- After that, you will receive an online form from the GROW company for the "Get to Know your Customer" process.
- Upon completion of the "Get to Know your Customer" process, you will receive a confirmation email from GROW, and you will be required to schedule an appointment with a courier for a physical signature on the documents. Two authorized signatures and the official stamp of the association are required.
- After receiving the signed forms, you will receive confirmation from GROW via email, along with a user ID (an identification number that serves as the receipt address).
- At the end of the process, we will inform you that you have successfully joined the new clearance provider.

Joining process for charities that are already registered in GROW (Meshulam):
- Approval for transitioning to the JGive program at GROW via email to tiful@grow.business and- support@jgive.com
- The credit card company will close the old user ID and create a new one so that JGive can issue receipts.
- At the end of the process, we will update you that you have successfully joined the new clearance provider.
Additional Important Highlights:

It is not possible to process payments with American Express cards.
- The credit company charges a one-time setup fee of 400 ILS plus VAT for processing the transaction. This payment is deducted from the charity's processing and is subtracted from the initial transfer by the credit company.
- Wherever it says 'stamp', a charity stamp is also required.

Make sure that the photo of the ID and driver's license of the authorized signatories is clear and readable, allowing all details to be easily legible.
- Legally, every charity must have at least two authorized signatories to bind it in any matter. Forms signed by a single authorized individual cannot be approved, even if there is a supporting protocol. It should be ensured that at least two authorized signatures are present on all forms according to the protocol. Additionally, it should be verified that a stamp is attached alongside each signature.
