We will investigate the issue thoroughly and assist you until the matter is resolved.

Transfers from the Clearing Company PayMe:

Upon a charity's registration on the website, a supplier account is established for it with the clearing company PayMe, featuring a clearing ceiling of NIS 50,000. To lift this ceiling, the charity must undergo the "Know Your Customer" process with PayMe through Cal. For additional information, please refer to the details provided here

Shekel donations by credit card and donations through the Bit application (BIT) - are transferred directly to your bank account by PayMe every month for the month that has passed. For example, all donations for the month of January will be transferred to your bank account by the 10th of February.
• If you are eligible by PayMe, the donations will be transferred to your bank account by the 10th of each month for the previous month.

Transfers from England and Canada:

Donations in Canadian dollars and donations in pounds (British pounds) are received directly from organizations transferring these funds. Specifically, UK Toremet in England and Mizrachi Canada in Canada handle these transfers after the completion of the signing process with them. It's important to note that not every charity can transfer funds from these sources, and individual verification and approval must be sought directly from them.
